About the Wild Asia & ZSL

Since 2008, Wild Asia, a social enterprise, has been active in conducting training courses for auditors, consultants, companies and corporations in the palm oil supply chain whom are adopting and implementing RSPO in their policies and business practices. We aim to bridge the gap between theory and practice to equip our training participants with more practical knowledge of implementing responsible practices for palm oil production.

All of our training courses combine different learning methods; lectures, group discussions and workshops to improve participants learning and understanding. This training series is part of Wild Asia’s mission to promote our understanding of the palm oil industry in Malaysia to new and upcoming palm oil producing regions; our international series has so far been conducted in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

The ZSL, a charity founded in 1826, is a world-renowned centre of excellence for conservation science and applied conservation. Their mission is to promote and achieve the worldwide conservation of wildlife and their habitats. This is realised by conducting field conservation and research in over 50 countries across the globe and through education and awareness at their two zoos, ZSL London Zoo and ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, inspiring people to take action in conservation.
